Andrew is a senior digital experience architect for State Farm. He previously worked as a senior digital experience architect at The Understanding Group. He is a co-founding member of the Information Architecture Institute and author of the book, Understanding Context: Environment, Language, and Information Architecture.
Andrew is happy to have a back yard in Atlanta again. He is a dad, a husband, and subject to the rule of two Boston Terriers, named Sigmund and Edgar. He’s had a couple of “past lives” as a writer of poetry and fiction (literary journals, MFA, etc.) and as a semi-committed academic. For over twenty years, Andrew has helped organizations use information to make better places for humans.
