Expert: Karl Fast
Karl Fast designs for a world where information and computation are abundant resources. Specializing in how people make sense of information by interacting with it, he am the Director of Information Architecture at Normative, a software design studio in Toronto.
Karl is co-authoring the book Design for Understanding with Stephen Anderson. For many years a professor of User Experience Design at Kent State University, he was instrumental in building one of the first online master's programs in user experience. Karl is a founding member of the Information Architecture Institute.
