Prior to user research she worked in software testing, and she's found that there is a significant crossover in the disciplines - particularly the relationship between functionality, usability, accessibility and user experience.
She spends her days working with large, complex organisations truly understand their users, finding opportunities to improve the experience of interacting with products and services.
She has shared her experiences with both the testing and UX communities both locally and internationally, and is part of the UX Wellington MeetUp organising team.
