Lauren Isaacson is a qualitative market and user experience researcher from Vancouver, British Columbia by way of Los Angeles. After graduating with an MBA from Pepperdine University in 2002 she discovered her talent as a researcher while working for digital marketing agencies on behalf of Nissan Motors, GM, and Microsoft. Since then she has been helping other companies use qualitative and quantitative research to discover insights, build their customer centricity, and track their progress.
