As Director of Customer Insights for Nasdaq’s Global Corporate Solutions team, it’s Megan’s job to ask questions, and see the big picture. She helps the business walk a mile in the shoes of its diverse audiences, and advocates on behalf of customers to ensure that the team understands their behaviors, needs, and expectations.
Megan has over 20 years of experience in research, experience design, and product strategy. Using methods and tools like ethnographic research and collaborative workshops, she helps designers and business stakeholders understand what motivates and frustrates their audiences and identifies ways to keep them happy and engaged.
